Loved the party coordinator Derek. He was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Loved how clean the facility was, even the restrooms. Loved the pizza from Chanticleer! Kids had a blast, so much to do at the MG Skyzone!

Jackson in Maple Grove was a amazing. He took all the stress of having a birthday party away from me. Highly recommend him!

The only issue was the attitude of the manager. She was extremely disrespectful while speaking and if you call that managing her employees. She needs training on how to respect her employees. It was the woman with long black hair. I was disgusted with her tone and felt bad for the other people she was speaking to that way. It was in front of our party and embarrassing. Poor woman, she should not be a manager.

Not all of the areas were available for the birthday party group. The climbing wall was roped off. Also different groups and parties were intermingled with ours making it difficult to keep track of kids, they were in different areas.

I would really have liked the party staff to be in the room the entire party time. It was only 40 minutes and there were no other parties going on. I was refilling drinks, getting more pizza and napkins for kids, cleaning up plates etc the whole time. They would do a serving and then leave. I would also have really appreciated help during gift opening. They set my son on a chair in a corner, told the kids to sit around him and left. At Pump it Up, the staff hands each gift to the child, reads the card and writes down the gifts. I had to recruit my sister in law to maintain the chaos with us.

The only thing is that I think you need 2 staff members in the party room, instead of just one. It got a little chaotic but otherwise was great
