Prices were told different to me , no manager was available to speak to or resolve anything . Felt rushed toward the end of party , pizza size for 267.00 was not enough . Wish adults could be included to jump with . I don’t think I’ll book a party there ever unless I get compensation of some kind

Not very much to do, time for jump and party room was not enough time for the price

The sky zone birthday party would have been better if the party room was first then free jumping. My guests were younger and the wait for pizza prevented them from jumping as much. I did not see the host for the last 1.5 hours of jump time. There was also an issue with shirt size availability.

I was satisfied with the experience. At times, I felt the attendant who helped in party room to communicate or explain when they sre going to get items if they leave.

Birthday party start time was 3:40 but we were not allowed to jump until 4. The party room wasn’t ready so the kids were restless for 20 min waiting. Could have shortened the check in time by 10 min to easy this

Staff were great! We had an encounter w/another guest. She was rude, throwing out racial comments that my children doesn't know how to share and we're standing there not saying anything to our children. She KNOWS that we're the parents b/c we all look a like. I was there watching my kids making sure they are playing fair & sharing with others. If i see that they're being rude or what not, i would've said something to them. They didn't attempt to come play with the kids, they just came and went straight to the employee that my kids won't share the play area with any other kids! If these are the kind of people that comes to this SkyZone, then we are never coming back here!
