I loved the place and the environment, is very expensive for the time given especially in the party but mostly because we weren’t able to get water before the food was ready. Our Host was very helpful “Kassandra”. The birthday girl had an amazing time ☺️

Not having a room for an hour and a half was a total bummer. It would have been nice to have a place where my guests can put their belongings safely while they jump. Instead, we were forced to put our things around a table and hope and pray all my cash didn't disappear. Also, I can check in and jump all day long without a mask, but the moment I walk up to the concessions without one, they refuse service to me? I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing one, so I didn't appreciate the discrimination.

The party was great and the staff was friendly/kind but it was unclear to me how much I was suppose to do vs what the skyZone helper was suppose to do. (Giving instructions/passing out food/drinks) I’m a very take charge type of person and the host who was helping was very young and I did not want to step on his toes. He seemed uncomfortable and hesitant to speak and take charge/give explanation. With 4 and 5 year olds there can be no hesitation. He was very kind and I’m sure with more practice will improve but I would have preferred a more experienced and engaging host. I don’t think he spoke to any of the children the entire time. In the middle of the party he brought in another host who was definitely more experienced and she was very helpful.

I felt the extra add on for $30 a kid over 10 was not a fair value when it costs a lot less to jump for an hour. I understand the first $300 to pay for the first 10 to cover the room and staff cost. They do not eat $15 worth of food. I was also told 20% of the entire party was a typical tip. That is a huge tip for an hour of actual party time serving food. I want to be clear it was not the person helping us in the room that shared that. I would not host another party there because of the cost/value, but will take my kids to jump or host a party minus the party room. The 30 minutes of extra play time was misleading. When the party was booked, made it sound like the kids would be able to jump the same day. When the passes were given to us, the cashier said they were good for our next visit and could not be used same day. The party host in our room was extremely patient and pleasant with a room of rambunctious 8 year olds. Thank you. Alison Fekety

Some lag time with birthday party arrangements. Otherwise satisfied.

I paid $400 to have a birthday party for my 3 sons. You were out of plastic forks and there’s a $1 store next door?! Really hard to eat salad and fruit with a spoon! If there was Italian dressing as well as ranch that would be appreciated. Also, it would be nice if you had pizza boxes or to go containers for the purchased food. I did not get to bring home the extra vegetables and fruits I paid for. The 2 hosts were fantastic!! Check in was really slow as there was only 1 person. There really should be 2 people doing check in when parties start to ensure all guests get to maximize their time. Especially when they are they’re on time and I paid so much money for extra jump time. If you served alcohol that would be a HUGE bonus!!! I understand the zoning, laws, and costs associated with liquor can be exorbitant. But parents would stay longer and you’ll make more money ha ha! Thank you for a great time! (And we just completed the ninja warrior program which was awesome!)

Overall things were done really well. We had very patient staff helping our big rowdy crew of boys. Minor complaint was during dodge ball the attendant wasnt paying attention to the rules they were breaking at all. I had to go tell him to make them stop. I was worried I would be responsible for an injury since they were under my watch but it was ok. Second thing was I got overcharged by 100 bucks, I am glad I caught it and they fixed it right away. Other than that everyone had the best time!

Rarely do I or would I rate anything as highly satisfied.

Our party host(I think his name is Nico) was awesome!! He is nice to kids and moms!! I will recommend my friends to request him!!

The birthday party room person was there for maybe 20 minutes, then he left. He passed out food, dessert and my son opened presents. Then he said he needed to set up another room for the next party. The kids were bored in the room. 1 hour is too long in the room and with no one to entertain them, was a let down.
