Clean facilities, kids love variety of activities, great 6th birthday party.

Great party experience.

Most team members were friendly and attentive. I appreciate them greeting my guests with smiles and instructions. The birthday party host was great as well making sure we had everything we needed.

Nicco was our helper and the boy at the ice stand was so nice too. We had a great experience and the kids can’t wait to come back.

Nico was our party person in the room and he did a REALY great job! It was clean and their is so much space it didn't feel over run by the kiddos. Plenty on spots for the adults to set that are close to all the jump spots. Great place!!

Kids had a great time. Very clean and organized. Coordinator was good. Suggestion: when waiting for a party, a lot of the parents have not met. Give the hosts a sign that says the name of the party. I didn’t do this because i thought we’d have the party room or something to let the parents know who we were.

Our attendant, Niko, was amazing. He did a great job hosting the party. I felt at times he may have been a bit overwhelmed doing it by himself. However, he was extremely generous, attentive, and very professional. He did a great job with the kids and had great communication with myself and my husband. He made our son feel very special on his 9th birthday and overall was very pleased we booked his party with SkyZone. However, the one thing that set this apart from all other venues and experiences is always the staff. So, I would like to reiterate just how wonderful and great Niko was to my son, myself, and our friends and family. Thank you, Niko!
