Kids loved it

The cleanliness of the facility was great. The space was smaller, but also easier to see all the children, and it was great for those party goers who brought their young kids too.

The whole birthday experience was easy, I like that I just had to show up with the cake. The birthday room staff was very friendly and efficient. They did a great job of keeping me updated and asking me how I wanted things done.

If a owner or high enough manager wants to call me, I will discuss the issue.

Alyssa was the party co-ordinator and she did a great job. She worked with me very closely to have a great party ! I was really impressed with the way she organized the party. I would also like to mention Maddie who took us around when we came to enquire for the party. She explained in detail whatever she could ( she is not a party team member ) but she did well.

The price was a little high but everything was good.

We hosted a Girl Scout Party there to celebrate the end of the year. The staff was great to work with. The food was awesome. The salad was so fresh.

It made my day easy and I had time to celebrate with my daughter verses doing all the prep work

We had a great birthday party for our 12 year old son. The staff was great. Nico I., our party host was fantastic. The only issue was dealing with waivers - some kid’s parents had filled out the waivers, and even had the email confirmation, but the staff could not find them in the computer. The issues were resolved fairly easily and all the kids had fun.

Thank you for making my daughters 5th birthday so fantastic!
