The kids had a great time. The party host Madison was FANTASTIC!!!

The gentleman (Salty) was amazing with the boys. He arranged to have the jump time extended to keep the boys occupied. He played with the boys when out in the park. He learned names quickly.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door; I never felt like I didn't know what I was supposed to do or where I was supposed to go; most of our guests arrived early and we were given extra jump time; the party room was very clean and well set up; our host, Tamara, even hung up everyone's coats/sweaters and put their shoes out neatly; the kids LOVED the black light when it came on; the kids had an absolute blast; all in all the jump park is a 10 out of 10 and I'm considering booking my other daughter's bday party with you too; I just have 2 suggestions - the host should make sure that the kids know where the water fountain is before they jump, and the next party really should not be set up during the current party's party-room time; otherwise all staff were VERY nice and professional; it was a stress-free event for me!

Our party coordinator took care of everything - setting up room, gifts, etc. The food and drinks were ready as soon as the kids were done jumping (great because they were very thirsty and hungry!!) The party flowed perfectly and the time allotted was just right.

The staff who assisted wiith the birthday party was very well prepared and managed the time and activities effectively. She was very friendly with the kids. She was very polite and considerate and made everyone feel welcome.

My expectations of the birthday party were met exactly. My hostess Kyla was very helpful and engaging with children and parents. The party package had great mix of activity and party room time for food and cake.

We came to Sky Zone for my daughters birthday party and had a wonderful experience. Salat......AKA "salad" was so much fun and so great with the girls. Well done team!!
