Jessica who hosted my party was amazing and extremely friendly and helpful. The ease of booking the party and check in and the access to the facility was great. I had to reschedule the party due to unforeseen circumstances and it was not a problem at all. I will definitely return.

Amazing time hostess amazing

The only issue I had was that I hadn’t been sent a confirmation email after I booked party. The one that contained the electronic invites etc. They had forgotten to. So finally I called the week prior to the event and had to keep calling back to ask questions that I was given diff answers to. It would have saved me a lot of time if I had had the email invites. I had to rush to get people fill out waivers last minute. Other than that though we loved our experience! Minor glitch but overall fantastic experience !

Cole was our party helper. He was always accessible and eager to please. Seemed like a great guy and would recommend him. The team member who checked us in was also really friendly.. staff seemed to be genuinely happy working there which impressed us

Our hostess Amanda was great. She offered the adults coffee and tea and was attentive the whole time we were there.

Our party host was amazing. He was very engaged and organized. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back. It was a perfect night for the party and my children were thrilled. Upon leaving, they both expressed that they want their parties back at Skyzone next year.

We had our sons 3rd birthday there and WE loved it! The host (Saldat) was very helpful and very fun for the age group we had. We asked to have 20 more minutes of jump time and they accommodated our wishes. Very pleased with SkyZone. My daughters want theirs there too😊

Firstly, the young woman who helped with my child birthday party was AMAZING. I cannot remember her name, hopefully you can determine who she was. (Skyzone party 12:30 sat oct 12th 2019 wharncliffe rd location in London Ontario) She was so great with all of the kids, she was smiling the entire time and was so so helpful. She is a valuable asset to your team and I hope she gets the recognition that she deserves and she should get a raise. I cannot say enough good things about her! That being said, all of your court monitors are too busy talking to each other. There was literally zero supervision by them. There was maybe two people on the floor at any given time and they were just gossiping the entire time. Really disappointed in that aspect.
