Requested that the pizza be double sliced, it was not and noticed after the room attendant gave out the slices. The picnic tables have hallow areas and each of the holes in the tables were stuffed of trash and food. The black carpeting had stains, hair, wrappers, food and looked like they are in need of a good vacuuming. I would suggest to have a staff members shift during the days to pick up, clean up and organize.

I paid quite a bit of money for my son’s elite party package and there were lots of small issues that added up. Filthy floors in room, never changed name board, couldn’t find hostess regularly, tables wobbly, not enough supplies, refills on drinks. The party part of the event was less than what I hoped for.

Party room was chaotic - my party supplies were just shoved into a crate as were the gifts (many gifts smushed). Kids jackets and shoes were thrown into the same crate. Set up for the room was rushed as was time spent in room!

Birthday party staff NOT trained. Seemed like they were not ready for us. Too many parties happening at same time so lots of confusion. We came at the right time but there was no place for our guests to out their things. Time stickers were jump were wrong. No place to put the cake or favors so I literally sat watching everyone's things for 15 minutes until I called a manager. So many "party hosts" but none of them trained in customer service. I had to ask for socks for my guests. Then at the end they couldn't process a credit card payment (wanted a PIN number, its a credit card without a PIN). Seems like being able to take a credit card for a $300 birthday party is a pretty basic skill. Manager (Patrick) was very helpful and the party room went fine. They need an announcement system to let kids know when their jump time is up because relaying on parents to corral 10 kids in a busy place is unrealistic. We got no jump instructions, no one told us where the party room was (one of my guests told me and I was the host!). Bad overall service - nice people. Looks like the place is getting too crowded and overwhelmed too quickly.

The check-in process was okay, but with so many parties going on and the employees having to stay behind the counter to check everyone in, it became a bit chaotic. It would be great if they have handheld devices that they could look up everyone in the group and check them in. That way they're able to be mobile and the process would be easier. The section where they hold the party items should be able to be relocated to the room and that way the kids can put on their shoes ahead of time. This would definitely free up the waiting area which seems small on a crowded, busy weekend.

I was told all guests needed to be 6 or older for glow zone but there were younger children jumping in the park. I specifically asked for only children to be able to check in however our party host allowed parents to check in and then billed me for them to jump when they should have paid for themselves. The pizza was not cut so we had to rip it apart. Only one party host wasn’t enough for a party of 15 kids. My sister and I did a lot of the work.

The team members seem nice enough but are not proactive at all in helping little kids. I had to constantly get their attention to help young kids in/out of climbing harness and it wasn’t that busy. They were standing around talking to other employees. And no one could explain why 3 sections of the park were closed. The pizza for our party lacked taste and they were large slices, they should have been cut smaller and it would have gone a lot further in amount to offer guests. Our party host was nice but slow to get the food out and serve everyone.

Not enough time for the party room. Only 40 minutes! Don't even have time to open the birthday gifts.

For our party, I thought we would have the party room for the entire party, not just for the last 40 minutes. The kids were thirsty and wanted drinks long before the room was available. Since I ordered bottomless drinks, I thought they would be available the entire party. It is kind of a waste to get bottomless drinks when you only have the room for 40 minutes. Plus it is a nice gathering place for adults to wait out the party who don't want to stand around in the jumping areas as it can get crowded with people standing around.

For a birthday party, you need to have a location for the family to meet that is both during the jump time and party room time. I did not like the staff member setting up the stuff I brought with me. It felt rushed in the party room. It seems that you are maximizing parties and profits instead of ease of use. Other facilities are the same price or cheaper and you have access to a party room during the jump time. In addition, when the staff member was giving rules, none of the kids could hear it. Lastly, the staff member said you had a freezer and would put my ice cream cake in it, but they put it in the fridge. I could have kept it outside and it would have stayed frozen. Despite all this, my kids had a good time, but it was stressful for me. We would come and play but not do a party there again.
