Our host Breza was just absolutely great. She made us feel welcomed and comfortable. She was very attentive and hands on. This location also has more things to do than the others. Every single person that attended enjoyed themselves as they had a ball.

The facility is nicely laid out and clean. The staff was kind and attentive. The different offerings were fun!

Vanessa was great and very helpful. Overall the experience was fun and clean. The birthday package was a bit pricey.

My party coordinator Dylan was very attentive and made my day so easy!

Checking in process is cumbersome. Some waivers were not included. The need to spell child’s name before socks and stickers are given.

Had ro wait until party time for drinks so cost me additional money to buy all drinks before part room avail. For the price I thought that was terrible.

The Birthday party was great but I don’t think one host is enough. I helped a lot! Passed out pizza gave out drinks and passed out cake. I had to keep asking for the host to get more drinks. She was great but I think it’s too much for one person to do. I helped out to make it easier for her but I should not have had to given that I’ve paid for the party to be there and it’s supposed to be hassle free for parents.

Check in was chaotic. Instead of hearing an explanation of how things worked I had to ask a dozen questions and constantly ask for socks and ask questions re how the event would operate.

The party room time was very short. I feel we should have access to the room as soon as the party starts. Start times for jumping should be explained in more details and when guest should arrive to the party. Once you get in the party room, the party is very rushed.
