The sky climb section was not open because there was no staff to manage it. My kids were looking forward to trying that section out and were not able to. There was nothing on the website that stated the section would be or had the potential to be closed

we didn't get our free t-shirt with bday package. i didn't realize we had to tip the attendant on top of expensive bday package. we had someone hurt and didn't quite know how to deal with it.

There were too many jumpers allowed in. My birthday party girls didn’t have enough room to jump. Party room floor was extremely sticky. The party host served food but didn’t facilitate gift opening. She was gone for a while after food was served

Our party room was not cleaned at all, there were crumbs and food scraps all over the floors and tables. A pile of napkins covering a 3' diameter soda puddle on the floor. Host did not do anything but pour drinks. Decorations were not out on tables, our room wasn't ready, we never got a 5 min early call to head over to room 3. None of our party items were in the room when we arrived, climate control was an issue, heat was on, very hot. Host did not clean the tables or floor mess when I politely pointed it out. - overall, very poor management, staff MUST get customer service/ communication training, it's going to end up being so bad for this business if nothing is done about party room efficiency. I paid for a clean party room and a host who would be helpful and host, instad I got a messy room and and an untrained host.

We received the wrong pizza and then towards the end our assistant disappeared

It was very busy, and one of the obstacles wasn't open. The party room's floor was sticky and the windows were dirty. The room could have used a better cleaning between parties. We also never received the t-shirt for the birthday boy.

The check-in process was too long and disorganized for a group of 20 6-year old boys at SkyZone for a birthday party. The staff person, Dillon, was great but an additional staff member for a party of this size would have been useful. It would be better if the check-in process for a party was faster and easier; for instance, if thevkids could head to the Dodge Ball court as soon as they were checked in, rather than having to stand around waiting for the entire party to arrive.

We had to put 10 kids’ and their parents’ Worth of jackets, gifts, and shows on one tiny little rolly cart. We got there and they had to use two different printers to print off our jump stickers, which took forever. Manager told us adults can jump but the court ref yelled at us for jumping.

From hosting a party 2 years ago, I’m dissatisfied with was offered in this current party I hosted a party 2 years ago we had a team member lead our guest a pravite game of dodge ball for 30 mins and then the guest had free time. Also, when our guest left sky zone they were give a return coupon voucher for a 1/2 hour. I didn’t like that you host a party at your vaclities and you guest aren’t given a chance to all jump together. I inquired about the dodge ball that wasn’t being used yesterday if, my party could use it and much to my surprise to reserve the space it’s an additional coat of $50 and I’m outraged to hear that when the party for 20 guest it’s cost $450. The only reason I concerned having a party at your loaction was that my 2 boys are members and my son asked to have his 8th birthday party at your location. I’m disappoint in cost and lack of what you receive with a hosting a party at Sky Zone!

We went during toddler time and it was a bit crowded in the few jump areas
