I was so easy, I printed off the invitations, and brought a cake. No cooking or clean-up for me.

All our grand children ages 10 to 16 and friends found something they enjoyed. The facility was clean and we recieved great service in the party room

We thought we’d get more for the price we paid. $300 for a party and you don’t even get exclusive jump time. The place was overly crowded and made it difficult to enjoy all the park had to offer. Also the “fuel zone” was way over priced.

My problem was the bday party. For the price we weren’t sure where it was; someone from another party took a few of our gift bags; Someone else’s shoes were on our cart and I ended up serving cake because perso not there the entire time.

No rules were explained to any of us prior to jump time. We didn't really know what to do. There were some miscommunications regarding the birthday party set-up, but overall the kids had a great time and we know what to do on the next visit.

The elevator was very dirty (floors and walls). The party room was sticky with spilled soda and gum.

Check in was at 4 I was there at 4. Had to go look for employee and all were sitting in backroom. After party kids wanted to play for additional hour and lady charged me full price and then had to go back and change it. Everything went well but had to be done or explained twice.
