SkyZone

This was the first time I had been to Sky Zone. Excellent facility for kids/adults of all ages.

The ease of planning this event. The overall fun that each child experienced. The food was very good

My children enjoyed their birthday. The party room seem cramped and we had people sitting out in the hallway.

The party staff was very friendly. They made the party fun and interactive. The kids had a blast and was super easy for me being the mom.

Our experience was good but not great. We did not receive any type of rules/regulations speech before we started. We also were not given an explanation of the jump areas. Overall it was a great experience for the kids, however as the parent of the child giving the party I would have liked a little more info on the different aspects of the building.

The amount of time giving for the party room was rushed. I was told to have 5 tables seating 50 and only had 3 tables once in the room.

My husband purchased a beer and after purchase he was getting ready to play dodgeball but was not able to because he had a beer but no one mentioned that if u drank a beer that u could not jump and that was after he payed for jump time and socks

When making birthday reservations, I specifically said I didn’t want to be crammed into the small room like we were last year. I was told we would have the big room that seats 50 people and yet we still got the small room. I had half the guests standing. For $350 I should have gotten room that was requested.

When the host brought the cart to put our belongings on. I asked if I was to put my purse on the cart would it be safe. She told me yes it will be locked up in our party room. Before the party room was suppose to be available for us. The room was unlocked and guest was able to walk right into the room where all of my personal belongings were, which I was unhappy about.

I was very satisfied with our party. I think it would be smoother if at least an hour was offered in the party room. Maybe have parties set up to be 90 minutes jumping and 60 minutes in the room then you'll still have time to switch between parties :)
