Sky zone has been a perfect party place for us because of how well the party is handled. I don’t even have to cut the cake! Amazing!

It was helpful to have a table and chairs with plates and cups set up before our arrival. Having a large garbage can available was helpful. The ability for the staff to check on the status of the waivers and let us know when all were compelted was nice.

Our hosts made the experience great. Dawson an Kiera were amazing hosts. I wish I could have tipped them.

The overall experience was good. We’ve had 3 birthday parties here in the last 3 years. Always good. We had Dawson and he was great. Such a nice young man.

The party attendant was really helpful with everything. He was there to help us with anything that we needed and he was really great with the kids that were there. My daughter said that this birthday was the best she ever had

Pizza was extremely undercooked-crust was still dough, not-edible. One of our kids was punched in the stomach by another “bully” child and the staff observers did nothing. We were not allowed to sit on the edge of the mat in the toddler zone while our toddler jumped without purchasing a “glow” shirt- WTF??! (she was the only toddler in that area and in the facility at the time and we did fill out a parent waiver. We were literally just on the other side of the chain and not jumping. Check-in was very unorganized- a lot of back and forth between the party table and entrance/checkin table.
