The party promo included a 30 minute jump pass for each kid. I specifically asked when booking if they could use it same day, so I could include the info in the invite. I was told yes. Day of the party, we were told they could only be mailed to participants. Very disappointed. Plus, my son did not get his all day pass. Unfortunately, while I organized the party, I ended up in the hospital, and my parents were there the day of, and did not effectively communicate what I was told.

I think scheduling a party for kids 30’minutes before the can jump is ridiculous. It’s a waste of everyone’s time. 15 minutes is more then enough. Also think you rotate through the other areas but the final area too long and then with 30 minutes to go the party helper goes to set up the room. Seems very long! I thought that the jump park was good but the process is in efficient.

My First birthday party at skyzone. I had no idea what the check in process was and it delayed the children's jumping time. There was no ice available and the cheese pizza was burned.
