I had a good experience of hosting this birthday party for my daughter from the beginning. The person who received my phone to book the party explains the content of birthday party package and schedules in detail. Also the person who received my call for the second time to finalize the headcount and food was very patient answering my questions and accepting the order. The person who stayed with the kids on the party day was very professional explaining safety rules to the kids and making the activities fun for the kids. She was able to engage with the 11 years old girls very well. Also she was staying close touch point throughout the party day to ensure activities are moving along with the schedule and to modify food order. I appreciate Sky Zone team who made my daughter's birthday party special. I will confidently recommend Skyzone to anyone with confidence. Thank you!!
