Although I had problems I want to say that Claribella did everything possible to make my son's experience enjoyable. Another standout at Skyzone Doral is Maria. She went out of her way to resolve my problem and although it was not resolved, the fact that she 'cared' it made me feel special for someone to have empathy with my situation. Both Claribella and Maria and the standouts and it not for them, my experience at Skyzone would have been negative. Please make sure they are both recognized. The 'little' things they do are huge for retaining business.

Staff was very attentive. Place is in good condition. Place was clean.

Friendly staff and stress free birthday party planning. In and out and all the kids had a great time. Wish I would have done this sooner! Highly recommend throwing a party here.

I love the different areas, how much has improved from last time we visited, everyone had an amazing time and we can wait to go back with the boys .

The overall process of booking the party for my son was easy, and I didn't have to do anything but bring the cake. Love it!

Everything was good, except that I had like 3 kids that were 3 years old. One of them my youngest boy. In which we had to pay the same amount as the other kids, but yet there is not a designated area where the “toddlers” can be. They couldn’t do most of the activities there, but yet the price remained the same. I also had one guest arriving 15 minutes prior to the end time (jumping) and even though this guest was not the the entire hour, they would not give me a credit for the 45 minutes. After booking a group of 16 jumpers.

Excellent customer service. Very organized. Amazing people to work with. My daughter had the best birthday party ever!
