It was really disheartening that when I made my reservation I was told extra jumpers would be a certain price. Then I called a few days later to confirm the things about my reservation and was told the same thing. Then the day before all the way til the party itself there was no answer and no one returned the text feature as well. Then I get there and the price per child was not what I was told. Then the poor manager tried to fix it for me but obviously needed to get confirmation from managers and it seemed like she called 3 different people and NO ONE ANSWERED. She fixed the situation but it was mortifying that I had to stand there in front of other people explaining that this wasnt the price that was told to be and I honestly couldnt pay her more because I would ultimately be giving her my rent.

This is our second party with Sky Zone. The food was awful this time and we had to keep asking for our drinks to be refilled. The pizza was gross. Even the kids didn't like it.

Wish there was more selection on food choices for parties the pizza in all honesty was not that good , other places lets u bring your own food or have a better selection

FYI. I was highly satisfied with this trip. Areas for improvement.. make sure the party room floor is completely dry. My kids slipped a few times in the room. Sky zone ran out of forks, not a big deal since we only had cake & pizza. Goodie bags were also out. I purchased the platinum package for 10 kids..

The only thing we didn’t like were the small sized pizzas. We were expecting pizzas from Pizzos as we had them there last time we were at a party there. Instead we got low quality pizzas that were toasted on site...not satisfied at all. Otherwise the service was good as well as the jump experience.

The pizza was disgusting. Ive been to skyzone before and I dont recall it tasting like that.

Staff was great, kids had a great time, food was okay. Pizzas are smaller than expected and they could have tasted better. Food is also served rather late into the party. I thought appetizers would be served 1st then pizzas. All food came 1 hr into the party. Other than the food, everything was great!

It would have been nice to be able to enter the party room before our party began. We had to leave our guests to prep the room, which was stressful and awkward. Also, the floors in the entire park were very sticky. We arrived early in the day, so I'm not sure they were mopped the evening prior. Preston was a huge help in the planning of the party, and Josh was amazing as a party host. He was super helpful and kind. The kids love the park, and the entire staff was friendly and cheerful. Love that there are attendants at each attraction keeping the kids in line and safe. Would definitely recommend.

Your food like pizza was not so good you need batter way to make pizza

Overall my experience was good. My party host was amazing but other staff members were extremely rude and did not seem to care about the party. They left pizzas out in the front. We got them cold and we never even got our full order correct for food. Some of the staff made me feel uncomfortable.
