Well, my 9 year old son had a great time with his friends for his birthday. However for 320$ spent at the facility I feel we didn't have much time to jump and the time in the party room was also brief. Doing a whole party for kids to play, eat, enjoy gifts and each others company 2hours and 45 min. is not much time. The break down is paying over 100$ per hour. Very high to me and everyone else (other parents) I spoke with about it.

Party was for kuds ages 2- 6 year olds who do NOT drink soda products and we had no option to buy juice or bring our own. Our host came once witg refill. I had to go few times to get missing items like knife for the cake, water pitchers (twice) etc.

The pizza wasn't ready at the time we were scheduled but they were really nice about it. However it was hard to get the kids to finish eating it in time. I think it would be nice to have a slightly longer buffer between party room times.

It was very crowded and the toddler area had adults jumping in that area which was very unsafe. I didn’t see any employees telling rules or asking them to move out.

Water fountains were broken and it was difficult for the staff to keep the water pitchers filled. Assistance in party room was minimal.

Check in should be more efficient, faster, assistance so kids could go in quickly with limited time.

The party was too expensive for what we got. There was not enough pizza to fill up 6 year olds. Why is more pizza not included in a package? 3 pizzas was not enough for ten kids.

For the money you pay to have a birthday party you should have it the whole time you are there.. I will be going elsewhere where for my sons next birthday party

Overall, it was a great experience. The team members checking us in and helping us with the party were AMAZING!! The problem I had was at the dodgeball court. A team member was assigned to this area, but for a good 1/2 hour she was talking to another team member who was assigned the basketball area. Kids were getting injured and it was chaos, so the 12 boys at my sons party got frustrated and didn’t want to play. I asked to speak to a manager and I told him that one of his members wasn’t doing their job. She was not in ANY way working that 1/2 hour!! The manager seemed annoyed with me, and pretty much dismissed it. He never went to check out the situation, and just went back behind the desk.

Overall still a very expensive birthday party. I wish we had availability to the room earlier. Socks should be included in the party package
