The upgrades and all the areas to play and jump are perfect. The kids had a blast. And our birthday room and Sky Zone Craig did excellent with a group of 8 very rowdy boys!

Friendly and helpful staff. The ease of a birthday party, not having to set up or tear down. Staff interaction with party guests making it extra fun. The gift for the birthday guest at the end was so nice! Thank you!

We were glad that the kids could run around and do a wide variety of activities. We weren’t expecting help during pizza time, and the ladies assisting us checked in repeatedly to see how we were doing and help serve the kids. Such a great feature. The kids also loved having the football game on during lunch.

This is my son’s birthday tradition, to bring his friends to Sky Zone for a birthday party. It is enjoyable for the kids and easy for the parents. I would highly recommend this venue for a birthday party.

Kids had an awesome time. “Best party ever” Check in process went very well and everything was ready for my party when I got there. I gave staff my bags and decorations and they hung it all up and displayed it all out. Looked amazing!

Check in was super well-organized and fast. I guess part of that was due to the invitees’ parents actually completing the waivers but...we were supposed to arrive at 10:30 for a 11:00 jump time. We were done and jumping in eight minutes. I realized I didn’t have enough pizza (11 year olds), ordered two more on the fly and it took 10 minutes. Everyone was polite and friendly. I’m relatively easy-going after doing my time in the service industry, but these people were just great!

Our sons birthday was fun and our party planner was there to help with anything we needed. The guests had fun and our kids want to return.

Our party host Tim was great. He was very helpful and attentive. He was great in interacting with the kids in our birthday party.
