My full party could not attend. It was not until the end that a discount or pass was offered.

I am a senior who doesn't care to jump on the trampolines. I did this for my grandson and other family members. There were several of us non jumpers in the lobby at Skyzone, and it would be nice to have something else to do other than try and find a seat in the crowded lobby and sit at the little tables waiting for the jump time to end.

Bathrooms werent clean at all and the foam blocks were pretty gross. The staff were all great though

Party host Cam was very helpful and kind however she didn’t have much of a personality. This could have made the party even better.

More time needed in party room

The host was very slow and wasn’t engaged with kids we had to help her pass out food

Staff was present at most areas but not enforcing rules. Kids were leaving dodgeball with bloody noses, or staying on the court crying. Watched a staff member witness and just walk away to the next court.we had several 4-5 year olds for a birthday party and were fearful they were not safe in some of the areas. Also the host was not always present in the party room. Parents ended up pouring the drinks and passing out party favors.

I was satisfied

The only reason I was not completely happy was I believe for the price we paid I felt there should be more time available in the room and more food available or we should be able to bring food in and if it is not clean then we get charged a clean up fee etc. we had to go home and then cook dinner due to not having enough food to fill everyone. And it felt very rushed after the jumping like ok sit down sing happy birthday eat a slice of pizza open presents and eat a piece of cake and go home. I mean for us it wasn’t bad but I think the value of the price was not there and I could have done something similar for way cheaper at home. But everyone was really nice and the place is great as always just my two cents and food for thought.

I was highly satisfied! Great party! The kids had a great time! Party host was great! My only suggestion would be to have the pizza cut into smaller pieces for the little kids, other it was perfect! I felt like the kids were safe and being monitored by the staff!
