Everyone in our party had a great time. The employees are helpful. The facility is set up nicely. The only downside was the line at the foam pit seemed to be nonexistent, where kids would just keep jumping off or cut in front of other kids as they were about to jump

My son had a blast having his 9th Birthday Party at SkyZone. For some of our guest, it was the first time they had been there and plan to return. The staff was friendly and was available every time I had a question.

I booked my sons party with ease. The staff was prompt soon our arrival and provided a welcome and Simon atmosphere for our guest. Everyone had a blast and got where out! All for a reasonable price, thank you for the great experience

Great overall experience. Staff was organized and friendly. The party was super smooth and any issues quickly addressed. Food was good and hostess super nice and handled everything .

Our host Abby was excellent/perfect! Very friendly and courteous! She took care of everything! Very pleased with the service and our entire time at Skyzone! We will be back!

Son had a great birthday party

Everthing went as planned just seemed like the place could've been decorated or at least center peices should be apart of the platinum package

My party started at 4, kids didn’t start jumping till 4:45. Didn’t get into our party room till 5:30. Got done with the room at 6:15 and was told the kids couldn’t jump till 6:45. Horrible!

Overall my son enjoyed his self but I feel that the price for a birthday party was a little more expensive than it should be. I purchased the Gold package and I was not “wowed”. The assistant helped serve pizza but that was it. Not sure if I will host a birthday party here again

For the amount of money for a party of 12 kids it is just really disappointing that the parents waiting while the kids are jumping and also the kids themselves have to wait 90 mins to get drinks without paying more. Not everyone is satisfied drinking out of a water fountain when paying over $300. My recommendation would be wristbands for each child and parent for 1 free beverage while waiting. I mean really how much $ would you really be losing? Just a suggestion. Also we never heard the announcement that our party room was avail. And never told an exact time.
