Our daughter was harassed by another guest. The GM stepped up & took care of business. My daughter was scared and he comforted her and set her mind at ease. We love Skyzone and knowing that the management team takes care of guests made us love it even more. Your GM rocks!

Well all the guest and parents that stayed enjoyed the the place .one guest parent hadn’t showed up due to locking her keys in the car ; she had called sky zone to let us know . I thought it was so kind of the manger offering drink and snack to the kids .

It was easy to schedule. The in-room host was great! There were plenty of activities for the kids to choose from with minimal waiting to use the item.

The staff was friendly. When my toddler would cry (for various reasons not anyone's fault) someone was always there to check that she was OK. The check in was easy and my party knew exactly what to do and where to go. I would recommend.

Everything was handled by a smiling friendly staff. This is the third birthday party for my granddaughter and I have been completely satisfied.

My child and his friends had a blast at his birthday party! The food was great! The check in time was fast and easy! The place wasn’t packed during our party time which was nice!

We had a blast! The only issue I had was some confusion during check in. My daughters name was not displayed. It was 2 other names. Other than that, everything was wonderful! Our party host was amazing and served everyone in our group. She was very friendly and just smiled the whole time.

I called to book a birthday party less than one week in advance, and the team member I spoke with was so polite and helpful! She explained exactly when and where we should be during the party. The only negative I took away was for paying over $300 for a birthday party, I felt we should have had access to the party room the entire time we were there, not just the back end of the party.

Very smooth process for bday party and staff was really nice and informative.
