It was so nice to be able to enjoy the kids and my daughters birthday without having to do much. Our two party coordinators Kairiq J and Isaac were awesome!!!

Ms. Sharon was our party coordinator and she was simply wonderful. She went above and beyond to ensure my daughter (the birthday girl) had everything she wanted and that each guest did as well. She was truly a pleasure to be around. When my daughter got upset, she sat with her to clam her down and even started to make her laugh. She took the time out of her day to talk with her. Anything we needed she tried her best to get for us. Every guest in our party was taken care of. She even took my son when he was upset to get a t-shirt when he saw my daughter got one and he did not. Her help, smile and presence to be around was a joy. Ms. Sharon should be highly recognized by your company for the amount of work and happiness she puts into her job. I would recommend anyone to have a birthday party at SkyZone to simply request Ms. Sharon to be their coordinator.

From beginning to end it was an awesome experience. Ms. Sharon greeted us and took care of everything. My son 5th Birthday party was great.

My party host Bri was amazing she was so energetic and smiled the whole time ,she made my son's first visit to Skyzone a great one.

Party was well run and Jumanji was a great host. Pizza was delicious. The fee to this very short party is outrageous. If my son didn't love it there so much, never would have happened. Communication from off site folks to book a party locally doesn't make much sense either.

Our party host Brandon at the Timonium, Maryland location was amazing! He was very personable. The kids loved him And I was very impressed with his professionalism.

The facility was clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our hostess was helpful, professional and accommodating.

The check in was fast and efficient (I was alone with 10 kids) my party host was absolutely awesome in time management with the food and party room. The kids were super excited and had a great time in sharing the celebration.

Sharon was awesome. The kids had a blast. The parents were comfortable.

The party planning and day of coordination was simple. Ms. Sharon was awesome for our group, handling all of our needs. One of the parents thought he lost his wallet and keys in the foam pit, she went to view the cameras to see is she could find them. Just above and beyond. Simplest birthday party
