I was highly satisfied with Sharon our party host because she went above and beyond to make our party at Timonium a success. She was very patient and accommodating and Im glad I booked my childs party here.

My party host was very nice treated everyone kindly,made sure my guest was comfortable and the the birthday boy had so much fun with his friends!!will definitely use Miss Sharon again and recommend her to my friends Thank You Miss Sharon🤗🤗😘😘

Party check in and host (Sam) was great. Wish there was an option to bring ice cream for birthday celebration. Parking is not great at Timonium, MD location.

The host, Talaya was extremely nice, warm and considerate. The whole team was very nice and helpful in making it a great experience for my daughter.

The party was fun and Tamari was an excellent host! The person watching the obstacle course was not friendly and when some kids were stuck on the course, she did nothing to help, parents had to help and her attitude was horrible. Every other team member we interacted with was friendly

I had my sons 5th birthday party at Skyzone and our party host was absolutely amazing. The kids had a great time!! It’s the second bday party we have had there and both experiences were flawless!

My son twisted his ankle landing from a fall off the ladder, and the monitor (Jim) got him ice and assessed his injury. I was satisfied with how he evaluated my son. Also, our party host, Sharon, went above and beyond what we expected and was superb. Our room was ready, she met all the kids' needs and made the birthday party memorable.

From first phone inquiry to processing final payment the staff was amazing and so helpful. Miss Sharon is absolutely wonderful - she went above and beyond to make sure our daughter had the best birthday. She took care of everything and though we asked if we could help she repeatedly told us to, "Go, enjoy yourself, enjoy your daughter." I cannot say enough how wonderful Miss. Sharon was. Every staff member was great, the facility clean and jump areas clean, and I cannot be more pleased with Sky Zone Timonium. Thank you.

It wasn’t too crowded so the kids didn’t have to wait long for things. Kai (the birthday part guy) was very nice and helpful

Birthday packages booking online was quick and easy. The day of the party, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful.
