Overall the experience was good. The price is high but so are the other competitors. I was disappointed that they didn’t offer gluten-free options.

One of my son’s gifts were in another kids cart. One that I know of. There could have been other gifts missing and I wouldn’t know differently.

I booked for 17 kids and 15 kids checked in. They did not charge for the kids that weren't there but still made me me pay for the pizza that would have been included for 17 kids. Also, no one ever gave us the bag of my son's birthday presents at the end. I had to hunt someone down to figure out where to get them. The first guy I asked said he had no idea. So I had to find another person since that seemed to be the extent of his assistance

There wasn’t much communication during the start of the party between the team members and my guests due to some arriving only 5 mins late

The girl that checked us in was very nice. Said when everyone came someone would go over the rules and how it all worked. Another team member came and took the kids before everyone was there and I had no idea where everyone was and no rules were discussed-I didn’t know anything. The kids said they couldn’t do dodge ball because it was closed for another party??? The actual party -the team member didn’t really interact with me as the mom nor the kids Overall my son and his guests had a great time!!just some minor problems with communication

I actually would say overall, I was satisfied. Some of my guests were sitting in the party room where the AC was down and very hot in there. Once the manager brought another fan in, it felt better, but balloons were whirling around the rest of the time snacking me in the face. LOL I can laugh at it now. Our host was great and management was great, just a facility issues which was beyond their control.

It did not have so much to do with the actual jumping experience, the issue is with the water fountains. There are two water fountains, one did not work at all and the other did not have cool water, but warm water instead. When you have kids jumping around for an hour they need to stay well hydrated and not everyone wants to buy a drink from the concession stand which cost more money on top of an already expensive party. The pizza that comes with the party was absolutely the worst we’ve ever had. For the price that you pay, I’d rather have Dominos pizza delivered for half the price and a much better quality.

The price of the party is expensive compared to others and you only get the dodgeball court for 30 minutes. There are 2 courts during a non busy time. I think for the price you should get the court longer. Staff in the birthday room were not friendly and somewhat rude.

The jump time was too long without having a party room to go to for food and drink. The kids were starving, thirsty and just over it by the time we got to the party room. It would have been better to have access to the party room and food during jump time or to have pizza halfway through the party then cake at the end.

I had party favors and decor I needed to prep ahead of time. I was not allowed until I had the party room, and had to rush! Not enough assistance in party room for twenty kids. Assistance where great but I had to help her extremely.
