They took care of everything I didn't do a thing which is exactly what I wanted. My only complaint was waiting a half hour to begin I had 10 7 year old boys running everywhere and the parents standing around watching it was a stressful start to the party. If you want to make kids wait that long you should have something for them to do.

The communication prior to the party was great. The staff was friendly. Maddison was a great at host.

Morgan, our party host was awesome! She had great attention to detail and knew exactly our options during Check-in. She had our entire party room setup for us and I didn’t need to do a thing.

We had two Madison’s from Skyzone Fishers who helped us. One Madison from check-in and one with the actual party. Both Madison’s were extremely helpful and were very efficient but still provided fun for the kids

The employees assigned to our party room were extremely friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the communication from sky zone both prior to during the party. I love that they had all the details laid out!

At the time of our party- it was extremely busy. The Team member helping us was Maddie. She had incredible patience and displayed the utmost kindness to us. Our party host was also great too. We appreciate both of their help in making our daughters party enjoyable.

The kids all enjoyed jumping and being able to easily go to all areas in the facility!

The staff was extremely attentive and supportive. Railings and tables were all clean and not grimey like other facilities. Foam blocks were in really good shape not torn and tattered to pieces.
