Overall everything was fine. The girl checking us in just wasn’t very friendly and seemed to have a slight attitude while asking us to spell names and such. Also, the host for the party didn’t seem to really be running the show in the party room. I have never had a party or been to a party here before so I’m not sure if that was the norm or not. I just know when I attended a bday party at Jungle Joes the host was very interactive with the kids and kept things going. I’m not sure if I just didn’t give the host much of a chance to do what she was supposed to or if I was supposed to be running it. At the end of the day my daughter had a blast and so did all of her friends. My experience wouldn’t stop me from coming again but I don’t think I’d shell out $300 for a party again.

The staff was not ready for us on arrival. No cart out with his name, only one person checking us in. No greeting by party host. Very chaotic with parents waiting to get checked in.

I do not feel that the pizza was worth $15 and I added a pizza and a pop to my order when I paid the remaining balance and it was not deliver with the rest of the items I had to remind them and the paperwork was not updated for the person hosting our party. I was highly satisfied with our host he did an amazing job and deserves kudos for dealing with all the people

It was a good visit, but I honestly think you book too much time in the birthday room with nothing to do. Our attendant left and I had to keep the party occupied for 30min. It was not fun!

Our party hostess disappeared prior to our party start, never seen her again. Had to ask where she was and never got an answer. Never seen a manager at all.

After checking in it wasn’t really clear what we were waiting on for the kids could start jumping until I asked. We didn’t get our correct drinks right away which delayed the kids from getting drinks

The birthday was fine and the team members were helpful. The cost was a little much for all that was included. We ordered 2 pizzas for 10 kids but then we had an additional 9 kids. Per the pricing, an additional 2 pieces of pizza was included in the price. When I spoke to a team member 3 days before I asked for all cheese as the additional slices. The original 2 pizzas were pepperoni but I asked for 1 pepperoni then the rest all cheese. We only received 3 total pizzas - 2 were pepperoni and 1 was half cheese and half pepperoni. This was disappointing for all the kids and I had to be the bearer of bad news. The thing is several kids were vegetarian which made it even more difficult. Multiple kids wanted more pizza but were essentially limited to 1 slice per kid for the most part. There was no resolution as the pizza was ordered from an outside vendor. The team member apologized and then reviewed the contract and apologized to my wife that nothing really could be done. The jumping was good for the kids but it ended on a low note.

When booking my party i ordered two extra full pizzas. Once at the party, the Sky Zone system showed that i only ordered two extra slices of pizza.

We we're incredibly satisfied with our birthday party experience. Our party assistants were amazing! While we totally understand that we weren't the only ones in the park, it was busier than we expected. There were several small children (1-2 years) that were unattended by parents so the SkyZone staff was having to chase around. The unattended children made it difficult for several of our parents and kids to enjoy their jumping experience because we were so concerned about inadvertantly injuring these tots. I don't know what the solution is. The staff was doing a great job trying to handle the issue, but I wonder if having a minimum age might be helpful, or having specific times set aside for the smallest of jumpers.

A couple of the team members were rude with the children who were in our group. One team member acted like she had no clue as to what to do. Otherwise it was a great experience.
