They were prepared and organized for my party. I was really impressed. They thought of everything!

I had the BEST host a parent could ask for when planning a party. TAVON was Fantastic. His service to tend to the things I needed was SUPERB. He was quick, professional and kept the whole party room engaged the whole time. I have hosted plenty of parties at places like this but let me just say if we had more people like Tavon , there would be no complaints in the customer service world.

Everything was fantastic. I've already told several people about how easy and convenient it was. I tried calling the Bowie Sky Zone, and I didn't have a very good experience on the phone with them, but when I called the Waldorf Sky Zone, they were knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely helpful. The overall experience was terrific.

I loved the part attendant. The room looked amazing the kids loved it. Everything was perfect.

This place is amazing! It was my first time and I was extremely pleased! My son's 7th birthday party was a great success thanks to the Waldorf team! We are definitely coming back soon!

The staff was very friendly and was very attentive to needs of myself and kids. The experience was great and all the kids especially my son had a wonderful time.

It should have been arranged where it would be the party jumpers using one area and not everyone in the same area as the birthday party group.
