It was my sons 13th birthday and he had a great time.

Everyone was extremely helpful. I was especially pleased with the young lady who helped me book the party, and our party hostess was helpful beyond belief. I hardly had to do a thing, and the boys were very pleased.

The process to book the event was very easy. I appreciated knowing how the facility was taking precautions as soon as I went on the site. I didn’t have to worry about social distancing or cleanliness. I would definitely do it again.

The staff was responsive, professional an highly customer focused. I’ve never experienced customer service to this level at Skyzone in the past. I felt like my party was their child’s birthday party. Kudos to the manager and staff on duty at 3pm. Didn’t get her name but she was super outstanding an the reason this review was so outstanding.

Overall we had a good time and my son enjoyed his party. Staff was friendly and I was happy to see so many staff on hand as many places are so short staffed right now. My only two comments would be: 1. There’s not a lot for younger kids to do except just bounce and after 20 min they’re bored. A smaller version of a Warrior Course would be awesome. 2. The computers used to check in are frustrating to use. This may be due to the plastic wrap necessary for cleaning, but it may just be the system. There’s lots of “slide to choose” areas and it doesn’t register your movements. Overall though, we were very happy.

Everyone was great the park was so clean and I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff. My son had a great birthday and we got to show the park to our friends who didn't know it existed.

The girls that were helping with our party were extremely nice. Everyone there was very friendly. The whole place very clean.

Our Party Host was AMAZING!!! A lot of personality and made everyone’s day.

Very professional and polite staff. Extremely helpful with organizing the party. Host was prompt and friendly during the party.

The lady that helped me with checking in also helped us set up our own decorations. She took care of everyone and everything. She made it so fun for my son and all of his friends!
