The staff was very friendly and the party rooms are great. We were apparently there on a day where they were short on staff. It would have been nice to have a staff member there to help with the party - serve pizza, etc. It would also be great if there was a coat rack. One entire table was covered in our guests coats and bags. Otherwise, it was super fabulous and we had a great time!!!

The staff was friendly and amazingly helpful. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The cost was less than I expected. The pizza was better than I expected for the birthday party. Time limit was perfect.

Only had to bring the kids and birthday cake, the helper did the rest. After 1hr. of jumping, the kids could hardly stop to eat. Everyone had a great time.

Logan was great! He helped us with every step and made my son feel special on his birthday!

The greeting at the door was very good we had 15 and 4 chaperons and checking in was fast the information and price was very good and refreshment were great and plenty our hostess was very good

Very satisfied from the event on the 20th of December because the kids were amazing, there were no issues, and overall they had a blast. The kids kept thanking me for bringing them out to Sky Zone for the last day of program. This was something new for all of the members. Usually their Holiday parties are at the same places, either bowling or skating. The pizza was amazing, the service was excellent, i would recommend Sky Zone to anyone, whether their throwing a birthday party or not.

My son turned 6 and had lots of fun. All the kids had fun at the dance contest, and my 6 year old son won. I like that there are workers watching at all areas.
