We had a great party experience. We also had a toddler in the toddler zone and a staff member was quick to make sure only ages 0-4 were using that space. It was our first glow experience and we loved it.

Check in processes were swift and efficient. Organization of jump time was excellent. The party helper was amazing and very helpful.

It was very easy to schedule the party & have my questions answered. Our party attendant was so helpful & made the party run smoothly. The party room was very spacious!

The booking process was simple and straightforward. We were able to change the number of attendees last minute without a penalty. We did not book a party room but since there were 13 of us they let us eat our pizza in an empty room they had available and the staff was very nice and informative.

The sky zone team was very pleasant and they helped me check in fast. They also made sure to make my son feel special on his day. We loved every moment it was worth the price.

Our Hostess was very good with the kids. She kept them supplied with pizza & drink and the whole time she was friendly even when she had over 15 kids screaming at her.

Overall we had a great time. I do think it’s overpriced for a birthday party and that there should be a 5 jumper or less option. Also, once the room is set up and everything in place, the room helper should step out. We can cut our own cake and pour our own drinks

The party was very easy and the kids loved it.

We were very satisfied with the overall party and staff. Our little boy was very happy and that is all that mattered.
