Staff was excellent and supportive. Perfect customer service interactions. Party hosts were perfect in execution.

The staff was great at welcoming my party guests! My party host Arden was EXCEPTIONAL! I couldn't have been happier with how he ran things during our time in the party room. We had a great time at my daughter's birthday party and will definitely be recommending Sky Zone!

There were so many activities for our party guests to participate in. Also, we had the best party hostess and hostess in training! I didn’t even mention the decor I had packed in the box, but when I went up to the party room, she had set up all the decorations for me. The five adults who stayed for the party also agreed that the pizza was delicious.

My son has enjoyed going there, so we picked it as his birthday party venue. Online booking was a little tricky, the party wouldn’t load. Other than that the people who verify and set up the party on the phone were very friendly. I’d prefer for the kids to be asked to go the bathroom to wash their hands instead of germ gel. Other than that the kids all loved the party!

Staff made hosting a birthday party extremely simple. From greeting us at the door and checking in our guests, to setting up the food and serving the food, all the way to loading the carts with gifts and anything we needed to bring back to the cars, service was beyond what I had anticipated!!! Excellent service and communication on the day of the party!

I was hosting my daughters birthday party and was not directed to a party room promptly upon arrival. We were given no instructions, and our guests were not attended to in a timely manner or directed where to go. Then, our party helper did not arrive to the room until an hour after the party began to ask if we needed anything. The lack of assistance was disappointing.

Cost could come down a but, not all children needed socks and my son received a birthday shirt, but it’s way to small.

The only issue was check-in time. A lot of parents filled out the online waiver, including me and they were not coming up. The check-in time was more than 30 minutes.
