Its was explain to me that we (parents) could not sit in the party room until time for pizza and cake. In addition the DJ was so loud that you have to yell in Jumpzone and then yell in party room 3 just to speak and sing happy birthday.

The pizza was not good, the assistance and staff at the birthday party checkin was lacking and there were a lot of new people on staff that day who were inexperienced.

There was not much interaction with the staff. We didn’t have enough time to open gifts and I think it would of helped if the party host was in the room more to help things to keep moving.

There were just some inconsistencies on your company’s end regarding the confirmation of party via email & phone as far as amount of pizzas, which party favor bag we chose and the private jump room that we added on - when we arrived the staff was not in the know and I had to go over it all again as if I didn’t email or talk to someone just a few days prior. I had to remind them of the timing of our private jump tracking down staff during the party and I decided to splurge for the ultimate party favors but at the end of the party - our party favors were not readily available to hand out to guests, I had to track down the host, tons of guests had left at this point and when they did arrive they were not the ultimate ones I paid for. I did get a manager to remove the cost for the party favors. My son had a great time, and that’s what is important. The bottom line is-there seems to be a disconnect between the confirmation process and what happens the day of the event (it’s as it if never happened) and there should be more organization on the party host to stay on top of timing for the the add-on private room and have the party favors ready.

We had big time food delays. We preordered food but they were not able to meet the order. Our guests had to wait for longtime to get there food.

One specific item in the goodie bag that my daughter really wanted included (fidget cube) was not in the bag. When we asked about it, they said they were not available. That was the main reason for having SZ do the bags. Our party coordinator offered free slushies, which was nice but still not what we expected. Also, we were the first party of the day, which we liked but when we left it was crazy busy! I think the number of jumpers should be limited.

The staff set up the party room late which caused less time to be in the room since another party started after ours. We didn’t receive the right pizza order.
