Overall a great experience. He kids really enjoyed themselves. Ashley was helpful. A couple of downfalls - the popcorn was burnt and extremely salty, the fruit was not great quality and we did not receive the jump pass for my son as part of his birthday gift from Sky Zone.

I had to call myself to ultimate details, no one contacted me before the party. Pizza order was mixed, party host was kind of quiet, not very motivated.

Party room time was too short. A full hour would have been better. Extra jump time before party room would have been utilized rather than after party room. Kids didn't want to or couldn't jump after eating pizza/cake

Pizza was over priced for the quality of it. Additional add on jumpers were over priced. The supervisors could of crowd control better, for what times to lessen.

I was told upon booking that we had the party room until 3:30, which I put on invitations. But we were asked to leave the room at 3:10. I was asked upon booking if I wanted to pay for a water bottle for each guest. I agreed, thinking it was a reusable water bottle gift for each child. It was not, it was a bottle of water for each child. So I was left with no “goodie bag” gift for the guests.

It is an expensive place for b-parties.

The party experience at skyzone is very good, but very expensive. It is more expensive on average then most of the other facilities that we have used. The individuals supervising the jump area seemed totally disinterested in their jobs. While there I just saw a lot of socializing between them, including two that looked more like they were on a date then doing a job. There was a teenager causing problems with the 10/11 year old in my group. I told them to stay away from him, but he was monopolizing the jousting area and they wanted to play there. At no point did any staff intervene - even when he got overly aggressive, hitting on of the kids hard in the side of the head.

Our cheese pizza came late. Felt rushed in party room to get food, cake and presents done

The 40 minute booked room was short...had to rush thru the eating ..the cake and present times..it was a bit rushed.

Half an hour to check in was too lengthy with young children. I had to expedite the process to get things moving quicker. A bit pricey compared to other birthday options.
