My kids love the facility, as we go several times a year. The birthday party process was a breeze for both parties we’ve held in the last 6 months.

All the communication was awesome prior to the event. We were checked in very quickly and the whole process was very simple. The food and service was phenomenal. The activities kept the boys busy the whole time!

I loved the overall party experience. Our party host was GREAT. My only issue was one of my kids had an allergy and was unable to eat bc of the no outside food rule. However my party host said we should have been notified allergies were ok to bring outside food In BUT she went above and beyond for us after that and got her something to eat and an icee. She was an absolute ASSETT that day and so happy we got her.

It was well organized and the staff were extremely friendly. It is a great family experience.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially our party host Jamilah. She made a point to seek me out and check on our party (even while we were jumping) to see if we needed anything.The experience was a great value for the money. Our entire party got t-shirts, and the birthday boy got a special tee in addition to the glow tee. It was a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back.

Our party hostess Kara was absolutely amazing. She did very well with 8 boys ages 12-13. Kept us informed up until the time of using party room. Let us know about glow shirts. Made herself readily available. Super super awesome. I hope to see her promoted if she stays there for any length of time. Sure can’t pay too well. But she is excellent team member. Some party hostesses will be on their phones or check them. When she was with our party she never did. I cannot day enough about her. Excellent excellent excellent!!!!! Over the top.

All the kids had a blast. Everything was easy to do. The parents were happy as well.
