Fun place for a kid birthday party. Great customer service.

Food service was pathetic. We got just 2 out of 7 pizzas by 4:30. We got 1 out of 2 chicken platters at 4:50. And we were chucked out of party room by 5. All food orders were place 1 month ago.

The birthday party attendants were very friendly but service was slow. The was a long wait time for food and drinks to be served. We were told to come and eat and when all the kids came back to the room there were no drinks or food available. The wait was so long that it ate up the time for cake and presents and jumping for the kids. The attendants were very kind and apologetic so I am not complaining against them. There needs to be a more consistent and timely flow for birthday parties since you are only allowed 2 hours.

I think it is overpriced for parties but for a winter birthday you are limited in indoor choices.

There was a discrepancy between when I was told to arrive and when I actually went in the room. I told our hostess what time I wanted the pizza to arrive and it was about 26 minutes later than I had asked. Accomodations and discounts were provided but it is highly frustrating when I only have two hours for a party and am held to the policy of no food and they food I have to buy from you all is late. Totally crazy. But my hostess was very apologetic and tried to make every possible gesture to make it all okay. There was also a problem with the water (cloudy) so extra drinks were provided. Again, if I could have brought my own water, it would have been better. All I am saying is that if you are going to prohibit patrons from bringing their own food/drink to a birthday party, then I think you all should have a smoother plan for getting food/drinks to the birthday guests. Again, my hostess was great and really tried to be accommodating..which is why I would come back.

This is our third party at Skyline and we do enjoy hosting there. We will be back but did have three issues that need mention: 1. Not all areas were open and we had to ask for them to be opened. I.e. dodgeball, swings, basketball although we were accommodated, it takes time. We only have an hour jump time so the 10 minutes to find a person, open, organize, time was wasted. 2. The party planner was super sweet until she pulled out a whistle, which was loud, jolting, and gave the parents a headache. 3. The pizza was undercooked and gross. And no to go boxes- but we gave the pizza away it worked out.
