The girl was very nice, I will say I would suggest 1:15 min of jump time then 45 min in the party room. 30 min I find is usually enough, but an hour is way to long. we were done in 30.

Andrew the manager was awesome! The two party hosts- Carolina and ??? I can’t remember her name were so fabulous as well. Super friendly and set everything up so I didn’t have to do a thing!

My kids loved it. I had no problems checking in for my sons party. Our party host was really nice and met all our needs.

Everything was very easy from creating my party package online, to the service at my sons party. Staff was very attentive and nice. Everyone had such a great time at the party!

Our party leader/staff member Ashley was AMAZING!! She made this party awesome and went above and beyond to ensure everyone was happy. She also knew exactly what she was doing and seemed to genuinely enjoy the children!

My daughter's birthday party went off with ZERO issues. Liz was a fantastic host, playing with the girls until it was time to jump and even keeping them busy when the cake was done. I was really impressed with the entire staff and how well they treated those 10 wild little girls!!

The SkyZone party planner was wonderful, she was super nice, professional and knowledgable. SkyZone is very well kept, and the entire length of stay the staff provided us with water and plenty of guidance
