The booking process was easy and the person I talked to was knowledgeable and friendly. The team members who were our guides at the park were also very nice, knowledgeable and professional. The kids all had a great time.

They took care of me as soon I enter the building. They check with me and my wife constantly to make sure everything was going well with the party.

The manager, check in staff, and party host were all very kind and helpful. The party host got me coffee, took care of all the kiddos in the party, and went so far as to make the sandwiches for the kids and let me stand by. I appreciated the mom-break and seeing all the kids having so much fun together. Would do another party there for sure. Pricey but worth it.

It was easy to schedule and reasonably prices compared to other venues in town. The staff was awesome and very patient! The girls had a blast!

The party experience was so easy! We absolutely loved our hostess. We had 21 kiddos and the adults, so it was busy. She kept her cool and did great!

Shannon is who I spoke with and it was due to her that I decided to have my son’s birthday party at Skyzone! April was our hostess and she took control and For the first birthday ever I have not needed to stress about anything! It was awesome!

The event planner was amazing! She helped so much in the process of getting food & drinks out to the kids. I was highly impressed.
