It was not busy, the kids didn’t have any wait times. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was on time and the way we planned it!

Our host was so awesome for his first party. He join in with the kids and dance with them and put the lights on for the party. Great host needs a good raise

The staff was very nice and helpful! The party room was done up well. And the kids had an amazing time bouncing around! Overall a wonderful experience!

The staff was very friendly, helpful and kind. Everyone was on time. They even let the kids start jumping a little early. My only real complaint was another guest who was kicking the kids out of the areas to do 'snap chat' videos. This guest must have been at least 19 or older and she rudely kicked my son and his friend out of the rock climbing area. He was so upset he came to tell us immediately. When my husband approached her she became very rude and hostile and admitted to kicking them out so she could do a snap chat. One of the team members did witness the altercation but did not get involved or say anything. She existed the area pretty quickly but not without continuing to yell at us. The guest with her seemed embarrassed an apologetic. Other than that my son felt it was "The best birthday ever" So I'd like to thank everyone for that!

We had a large group that we wanted to book last minute and the event staff was very helpful and accommodating to getting us time to visit. The kids had a blast!
