Kids had fun . No clean up. Lots to do

It is so nice just to show up with a cake, have a " helper " , food is ready on time and hot. Having plates, napkins and forks along with even a knife is greatly appreciated. That way if you forget anything you know there is a backup. Kids always have a great time !

The ease of booking the party was awesome... booked through the website and received our confirmation email quickly. The follow up was great, I had it in my calendar to call and arrange the pizza flavours, but about an hour before I was set to call I got a call asking for confirmation. Love that attention to detail. I knew our party was on your radar. Arrived for the party and started checking in. Found this part a bit awkward as I had to go and stand in line to check each child in as they arrived, total of 10 kids and the place was BUSY. I feel like that part could have been more efficient. I was also ready to pay the balance of our party but there wasn't a chance to do so until after everyone left, and I had to stand in line again. Cameron greeted us, showed up our party cart, told us our room, talked to the kids about the rules, and then they were OFF! We made custom shirts for the kids so our group was easy to spot. Cameron had everyone into the party room and did an awesome job serving up the pizza and cake. Timing was perfect. Did feel a bit weird waiting in the lobby for the late parents to grab their kids. Cameron was awesome. Guy deserves an award!

The kids have lots of fun. There are lots of different jumping options. They love the obstacle course. The place is clean.

I had my sons 10th Birthday party here, the Party host was amazing and very well organized. Everyone had a great time. A bit more time in the party room would have been beneficial.

Staff was great. Lots of very small kids with parents who did not explain or stop small kids for the one per trampoline rule.

The employees were great! A suggestion would be to have the party room for 1hour as 40mins we felt rushed
