The place is organized well with staff helping kids, The Photo booth was fun for kids. The part room was little short time for kids as they want to spend some more time with friends take more picture in the booth but the machine was slow to take picture or share photo on social media. I think need replacement.

Very friendly staff. Easy to sign up for the birthday party. Helpful staff in the party room.

I was really pleased with the timeliness of everything, my party was checked in and had entered the park area at exactly 5pm and our pizza, drinks, and party room were available and ready a few minutes before the end of our jump time. With 10 hyper children, having everything on time is a real blessing. Thank you!

We were very happy with our Birthday Party experience. It was stress free and just so much fun for all the kids! I also felt the staff went above and beyond to make it extra awesome!

The host Cameron was very attentive. He ensured the boys paid close attention to instructions and rules. There is plenty of physical play for my birthday party guests. I think the Dodgeball should be removed as it fosters aggression and aggressive behaviour.

The communication was great from start to finish. Booking was easy, even with a date change after the initial booking. Keziah was fantastic during the whole party, such a huge help and super friendly!

I try to book the birthday party online first and the website would not let me know farther than day and time booked. it would show Error page when I click on next. I had to call the store and book by phone. the employee was very helpful and kind. easy to book on the phone but not on the website

I truly enjoyed having the party organizer to go I et the rules with the jumpers. She also did a great job in the party room. She was amazing with kids....having someone available all the time was amazing. Will definitely book party there.

Everything was ready for us and taken care of. Our host was helpful and everyone had a great time! We can't wait to come back.

Great space in the room for kiddos and parents. We were easily able to order extra pizzas the day of. All the kids had a blast!
