Great customer and overall experience. My guests were happy! Although room could be a bit bigger for a part of 45 people. It seemed congested and the spilling of juice etc was hard to clean.

The birthday party packages allowed for everything to be taken care of. One stop shop!

Our entire visit was a success thanks to the entire team on duty. As a parent this was one one of my best choice of venues for celebrating during the week. Every team member on duty made our evening wonderful!

Booking was easy. Making changes to the reservation was easy. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff was great from check in to the party room and all. V was wonderful. This is our 2nd year having a party here and again we are extremely happy. Thank you to Justin Navarro and to V for their outstanding customer service.

The experience was great for my son's 10th birthday. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The only problem that I had was with the amount I was charged to fill up my sons birthday balloons. I had inquired the charge before I came in and was charged way more when I arrived. By then it was to late to have them filled somewhere else.

Everything was exceptional! We all had an amazing time! Staff was great and very helpful.

Staff friendly and organized. All questions answered when registering for the party. Everything went smoothly. Eden, our party host, was very attentive and accommodating. Boys had fun (9 of them aged 13). Can bring in cake and extras. Pizza doesn’t taste that great. Only sugar filled drinks or water offered. The price for a reserved private dodgeball court is outrageous (quoted $600/hour weekday).( Or an extra $200 for the party rental price). This is particularly frustrating because, as frequent quests at skyzone (2-3times/week), at least 85% of the time a dodgeball court is completely open and available. We’d definitely book more parties if the price was more reasonable. I’d suggest $15-20 per person for groups as small at 10 people per hour. More expensive on weekends is understandable. (Organizing more than 10people at a time isn’t easy) I’d have 10 of my adult friends there next week if that was the price. Other suggestion- for parties for middle school boys: longer jump times. Shorter party room times. Overall- very satisfied with skyzone. We’ve been month passholders for months now!

Our party host Star was awesome!! She took care of everything for me, i didnt have to do anything!! She helped me with everything, she is great she had a great attitude!! All party places with hosts need people like her!! She was awesome and i hope she gets recongnized for this!!!!
