It started when I arrived at SkyZone to reserve the party and was given a number and turned away because they were closing in 10 minutes. Check-in for Party was chaos with too many parties going on and everyone seeming to need a new waiver even those that attend often.

We hosted our son's 5th birthday party at the Mechanicsburg location. Our party members arrived between 9:30 and 10am. Because the hostess, Veronica, "had to give everyone their jumping stickers", our entire jumping party (23 children plus 4 adults) was delayed. My son did not begin jumping until 10:14am. That is nearly 1/4 of our paid time NOT jumping. My husband and I offered three times to hand out the jumping stickers. It was very frustrating to pay such a high pricetag for only 3/4 the allotted hour. We were not compensated at the end of the hour, our children were called to leave the trampolines at 11:02.
