Upon check in our party room was not ready. It was explained to us that another party was inappropriately using the room to store their things and we would need to wait for them to leave before we could use the room. Meanwhile, I had 10 six-yr-olds with no entertainment while we were waiting. Once in the room there was too much lag time for stickers to be printed and the jump time to begin.

There was too long a wait before the jump time began. The children were aimlessly running around and it was disorganized during this time.

Thankfully my issue was resolved and the staff was great, but the party room conditions were upsetting. A party guest stepped in a tomato that was on the floor upstairs and the whole area was not clean. There were cleaning supplies thrown about also when we got up to the room, but it was clear they hadn't been used yet. This party was one of the most expensive I have thrown and that was frustrating.

The Only thing I would change is that there is a lot of wait time in the party room and not much jump time

I was totally disappointed in the party package I paid for. I was told we would have a private jump area for our 20 plus party, which is the reason I chose this package. When we showed up this option was not given to us.

For a $350 birthday party (and that was the price with a coupon), the jump time should be more than 1 hour. The 45 minutes in the party room was enough if the food is brought out all at once, which ours was not.

The staff wasn’t very attentive. We had to ask for assistance multiple times and I couldn’t find the host. We waited a long time to check in. Overall, disappointing.

The facility was over crowded, The team member yelled at toddlers instead of letting their parent know what was wrong, The birthday boy never received his skyzone T shirt.

The party room was not cleaned after the last event in that room and I had to ask for the party room to be cleaned. Walking around it did not look like parts of the floors of the facility were swept and we arrived at 10:30 on Sunday when it just opened.

The birthday check-in counters were right next to the front doors so they were jam packed with people from different parties in a little area. The functionality of this process isn’t existent. The workers seemed overwhelmed and I know as the birthday parent my head was spinning trying to figure out who was in my party, where they were supposed to go after check-in, where the presents were supposed to be, and what the next step in the process was all while trying to wade through a sea of bodies because the area was so tiny.
