It was stress free. The kids had an amazing time. All we had to do was show up and have fun. All the kids left happy.

The only issue I had was with the guest list. I emailed, waited for an email to see if anyone had not submitted waiver. I called and was told that they would email me that night. Never received email. Everything worked out but would have went smoother if this was done

Staff were great. I appreciated the communication prior to the even. The check-in for the party was easy and our host kept the party in control.

The staff was extremely personable and very attentive to all party members. The staff was overly accommodating. The party ran very smoothly. All of the parents at the party were extremely impressed with the staff and party accommodating. The staff was super nice to all of the children, they all had a great time!

Our host Jacob D was amazing. He was appropriate with both adults and the children. The event ran smoothly, and the venue was clean and organized. I also appreciated the phone call a few days prior to the party, where I was able to confirm details.

Party was easy and well organized. Loved the bin idea and the fact that everything was laid out for us once we got to the party room. Party host was fantastic. Very stress free for the host parents!

The help was very accommodating. They made the chaos of a 7 year olds birthday party very manageable.
