Obstacle course and foam blocks needs and alternate method for getting out. Maybe a rope or extra ladder for children who get stuck

I bought 3 pizzas and no one liked them including me. Not good at all!

No utensils, No B-Day shirt and etc.

On the phone, I was told that I get 2 parent passes with the birthday package. Once there, I was told the passes could only be used by me and his father, which I wasn’t jumping and the father wasn’t there. I couldn’t use the passes for the aunt and uncle, instead. That was a disappointment.

Prince and the room we were in was extremely hotel. A/c was apparently adjusted but didnt feel a difference by the time it was over.

Upon checkout, we dis not receive return passes for not having the 16 kids the package was purchased for. We only had 14. Tried calling afterwards and no one answered.

The soda was flat other then that I thought it was great and my son and guest had a great experience

I enjoyed my experience with Sky Zone BUT the pizza for the party was undercooked and was ok. Also 2 areas were closed in the foam zone area so we couldn’t experience them. Other than that everything was great. The staff was excellent and very friendly!

The party hosts didn't know what food item I brought. I felt like after the party room my party guests didn't have a lot of jump time, it should have been 1 hour instead of 30 minutes. For what I paid it should have been a lot more jump time.
