I love how attentive the staff were and how detailed there were about the party planning and even on the day of. They ran everything by me and kept checking to make sure everything was going well.

Service was quick and and the staff was very attentive throughout the whole time we were there. The kids had lots of things to do and really enjoyed their time. This made everything well worth it.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They were proactive in addressing any potential issues and were so accommodating to one of my little guest with dietary restrictions. My host was awesome at taking care of things so I could also enjoy time with my guests.

Angel was a really good helper. The lady that call me before the birthday party was so professional and patient. She took the time to answer my questions and hear my concerns. All the people working at the party area were so helpful and/or willing to help!

From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted. Our decorations where taken and cupcakes were placed in the room. Although I decided to help out and set up how I wanted the team members were absolutely professional, kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. When we were jumping the employees actually were attentive to the kids and adults. They looked like they enjoyed their job! The only issue I had was the rule of “one person per square”. It should be where you “read the square”. I was in a square with my 1.5 yr old nephew and told we couldn’t do that. A friend of mine and her daughter were told the same thing. If a kid needs that extra hand I believe they should be allowed to have it. Our host was amazing and communicated with me from the beginning to the end. Absolutely will come back to SkyZone again. Amazing experience.

Everything was great! My daughter enjoyed herself. And my guests had a great time. It was super fun.

I was told to get more jump time it would be 4.00 for 30 minutes and 10.00 for an hour which makes no sense. I did like that I was allowed to run a tap, but 7 individual hotdogs was more expensive than a tray so the others was thrown away

The host we had did a great job passing out pizza and cake. The kids all had fun. Even though we were out of the party room, we were allowed to stay in the lobby to open gifts. I didn't feel rushed at all.

The employees we’re very on it when it came to my questions and also I was very pleased on how they treated me and my guests.
