Check in for the bday party was kind of a night mare. waited 15 min to get checked some guests checked in which cut into our jump time. Also add on guests were $24 which was $8 more for the daily Jump price. Absolutely makes NO SENSE

Everything was great except the fruit party tray was not very good, the fruit tasted old. Besides that everything was great. The girl at the party room was great, she did a wonderful job making sure everyone was good. Thanks

Team members could’ve helped decorate our room with us, a time frame calendar would’ve been nice and an elevator

I wish there was a little more time provided in the party room, a full 45 minutes-hour would have been perfect! Especially with so many pre-schoolers! Overall, we loved our party and recommended it to all to our friends with kids!!

The jump time to party room time is very bothersome. We don't need an hour in the party room. We would prefer 90mins jumping, 30mins in the party room.

Survey suggests rules should have been explained and they were not. We also did not receive our t-shirt for the birthday kid.

The Dodgeball area should be open without extra cost; whoever rents it shares it with anyone else at Skyzone. Doesn't make sense. Our birthday party wanted to use this

Check in process seemed a little confusing-issue is when we only have 1 hour to jump, process should be streamlined for B Day Parties? We had added an extra pizza to our party that was not delivered to the room for about 5-8 minutes after getting in party room. Issue with that is we only get 40 minutes in the party room so food should be there to not delay the party. One child was waiting on the cheese pizza and then finally just ate a different piece of pizza because she was tired of waiting. The room attendant was very helpful and friendly. Cake pieces were cut pretty big. Overall was a great B Day party and turned out well.

There is as nothing offered for the tixs that we’re not used for the party member that we’re not able to make it. And our host was the best . But the checkin staff was way tooo overwhelmed. When we told them about the 4 ppl in our party being in a car accident and that why they didn’t show, we were not offered a refund or compensation!

The pizza was really bad. IT took very long, we spent like 2/3 hours un the part room instead of having fun
