I did not have enough guest to get a bigger birthday package that would include a room attendant but I paid over $300 for my visit. I also had to purchase drinks for the kids because during their jump they were dehydrated. No area for the smaller children to jump so the big kids were literally running them over. Lil kids were really getting hurt. The place really needs to expand the old Gold's Gym next door would be perfect. It was soooo overcrowded but I understand COVID and people really need to get their kids some exercise but wow. Maybe they need to schedule jumps to be more COVID friendly.

One of the staff members were being kind of rude as far as how he addressed my daughter about not having on appropriate socks or shirt . She explained she was just watching one of the toddlers and he still was finding other things to complain about and his voice tone was rude.

We had booked early in day thinking my 5 yr old could do things. As in he did wall climb dodgeball and wipeout, but halfway thru jumping they started to enforce needed to be 6.

There was a change in price since I originally book the party. When talking with the team organizer I was told incorrect information regarding the size and price of the pizza; while booking the party and three days before to discuss details. I ended up ordering an over abundance of pizza. It was understood a pizza was eight slices at $10. When checking in I realized more adults were staying with their children. I explained this and ordered one more pizza. I was charged $16 a pizza because they changed their pizzas to a larger size. It’s not really a big deal, but was simply aggravating. This should have been explained the day of the party when another additional pizza was ordered.

The check is the main point of not highly satisfied, it doesn’t seem very organized. I didn’t know the full name of the kids that were invited. Is there a way(like on the wedding sites) for me to organize my kids party and have them register and take care of the waiver all underneath that 1 banner. So I am not stuck for 30 mins after my kids party started, waiting for a straggler to arrive. There was no employee for my party to wait in the lobby, had I not done so, who knows. And please fixed the rope foam area, the kids love trying to climb it to the wall

I felt the party room experience fell short of our expectations; we were rush thru opening presents (first told we could not) and in the end had 5 minutes left we could have used in the room. I felt the online waiver could have been easier to find from the link. When we were moved from our original party room to another they did not tell us right away and then we were confused where our items were. Overall I was very satisfied and would have my party there again. Great experience and took the stress of of me.

I had two children in the birthday party room and we felt extremely rushed to get all 15 kids to eat, sing, blow out candles, open presents, and have time to communicate with others in the short amount of time. Other than that, we really enjoyed our experience.

The birthday party room time was rushed. If 15-20 additional minutes could be added that would be great especially when there are kids 7 and under who are eating. Also at check in we put on our socks and were not sure what to do next. Better clarity would have been great.

We were rushed out of the party room and one of her gifts got thrown away. The whole party room experience was to rushed and chaotic.
