I appreciate the party pro taking care of all of the details. We were welcomed and checked in immediately after we arrived, even though we arrived early. Cheyanne cut the cake, had a thank you list prepared, and served all food and drinks.

The team was ready with a party cart to accommodate our party. Check in was easy and they even let us jump 10 mins prior to our time. I am happy I didn’t have to take time away from my son to set up the party room.

The check in was easy. The employees are very friendly. The party room girl went above and beyond.

The team members at check in and the birthday party were super attentive and great. That was probably the best part as a parent. The kids said, "best birthday party ever". The curved wall was out service and the concession lines were long for non-vip party goers, other than that a 10 out of 10 for highly satisfied.

Birthday party for 10 kids all but one under 5years old. The kids ran around the open jump area and climbed on the cube in the back to jump off of it. They had a blast thank you.

Experience was really smooth, makes amazing place for party’s. The host was very friendly and explain things well. As well the host was great in the party room.

Everyone was great and friendly, but the table where food was supposed to be set was extremely dirty and I had nothing to clean it up with before setting food/drinks down. I had also asked for drinks to be available to my guests while they were jumping, but it was hard to get one pitcher for water to go around for 14 thirsty kids. Otherwise the party host was great she was taking care of the party while also taking on other roles so I understand why it was not easy to get drinks.
